Michelle took time to discuss what I'd like and great care in cutting my hair. It looks great - thanks Michelle She'd also taken on board that I'm partially deaf and she made sure I could follow what she was saying at all times. Hair salons can be difficult places if you can't hear but Michelle made the effort to communicate clearly which made a huge difference for me.
