What a beautiful calming experience. Joy showed us through and explained the setup. The bathhouse is a large space with luxurious high-end finishes and incredible attention to detail. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely environment, but the pools need step access in and out as difficult to get out if someone has hip or knee injuries or discomfort. Also floor very slippy, perhaps slippers would help with any possible slips on the wet tiles.

I had a wonderful and relaxing experience at Haven Bathhouse. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean and beautifully designed. I especially enjoyed the saunas and mineral pools — everything was well maintained and perfect for switching off and unwinding. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. A great place in Mandurah to recharge and enjoy some quality wellness time. I’ll definitely be back!
