Post op massage is a gentle form of massage that increases blood flow and promotes recovery by targeting the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system helps process waste and absorbs fluids. After surgery, these fluids can harden, which is often painful. This is an all inclusive service that includes MLD and body contouring as you move further along in your recovery.  This service is available for outcall as well as in office.

Cavitation is a very effective tool in breaking down fat cells through the use of sound waves vibrating that fat cells, which cause them to crack open and release their contents which is absorbed into the lymphatic system via lymphatic massage. MLD is a sequence of gentle massage strokes which helps to stimulate the flow of fluid (lymph) throughout the lymphatic system. Facilitating the flow of fluids helps remove toxins from the body. These massages also help reduce swelling, discomfort, bloating and pain.
