My name is Aimee and I am L3 Qualified Sports Massage Therapist based in Littleborough. As you can tell from the business name, I am a strong believer in keeping a happy medium between your training and recovery. Sports massage is the ideal treatment for anyone suffering with DOMS from an intense workout, muscular tension or imbalances from overtraining or everyday life and assists in preventing injuries. Weekday evening and Sunday appointments available on request.
