The massage was vey good but found the table a little uncomfortable

Today’s lymphatic massage was completely different type than I was used to. Very light push-release movements according to method known as Dr. Vodder manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) was performed by Tiana. Before she started she explained in details how this would work. During the massage I felt no pain, no discomfort whatsoever only relaxing and pleasant feeling. After finishing massage Tiana kindly gave me some additional information about other treatments I could use for better improvement of the lymphatic system (e.g. infrared cocoon). I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

I had a session with Tiana today for manual lymphatic drainage and wow… I didn’t realise how much my body needed it. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer and just more “me” again. Tiana has such a beautiful, gentle approach and you feel completely looked after the whole time. So grateful to have this offering in the studio.
