I was really indecisive about what to go for, and when I slightly regretted my final choice, Sarah-Louise went out of her way to find a fix, even though it was totally my own choice! Ended up so much happier with the smallest change, and I so appreciated her going out of her way to sort it even though she'd done exactly what I chose to start with! Lovely appointment.
