I was excited to come here but the Glade Plug In’s were overwhelming. Certainly not what I would expect to find at a place designed for health and wellness. That’s all I could smell in the salt cave.

Relaxing and powerful at the same time

I have to say I have never experienced yoga quite like this before! The spa itself had a very relaxing vibe to it. The salt cave was amazing. I felt like I could breathe better after class. I have been to salt spas before but none of them had a salt room with actual salt as the floor, at first I thought it was sand. I have told all my friend about this place and plan to do more classes.
