I booked a random stylist since Jacob’s next open slot on the website wasn't until next Wednesday, and I’m so glad the stylist ended up being Jacob! He did an amazing job as always and truly knows his craft. To top it off, I didn't realize I had rewards points from my last visit, so I got a huge discount! ps. the complimentary coffee was soooooooo good!!!!!
