Yana is very professional, quick and efficient. Completely comfortable around her. She has been doing my waxes for years now even throughout my pregnancies and my experiences have been the same.

I had a lovely experience today! I was running a little late and had some trouble finding the place, but she was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. I really appreciated her kindness and great attitude. The experience was wonderful, and I was happy to leave her a tip. Highly recommend! 😊
