Reviews
A visit with Founder can move from the Social Finnish Sauna to hot-and-cold water therapy, with clients describing the sauna retreat as peaceful and calming. Infrared sauna sessions and Flowpresso® offer other ways to unwind, while reviews also mention shoulder and back massage.

Such a good experience as always! Just a thought - it would be amazing to have a sauna-safe red light therapy tower inside the private sauna to stack the therapies instead of having to spend time doing them one at a time
