Sophia, was very friendly and attentive. My "upstyle" was beautiful! My one worry was that it would loosen during the "Ball" that we were attending on that night. Not only did my hair stay perfect, but added bonus was that whatever product Sophia used on my hair left my hair feeling soft and full bodied once I had taken the pins out that night. Thanks Sophia!
