Shirley was very patient and supportive, respecting my views while offering her suggestions gently. Not pushy at all. Also loved the resulting highlights and haircut, much better results than what I experienced at other studios!

Shirley did a fantastic job with the haircut. Not just that the shampooing and massage were great. And for the first time in my life I came out of a cut with no hair sticking to my body clothes and face. 😀
