Nicole’s massages focus on easing the tight spots that can limit movement. She uses deep-tissue pressure to work through knots and offers stretches clients say help with flexibility; prenatal massage is also among her services.

A wonderful massage, just the right balance of pressure to work out the kinks in my sore muscles. 30 minutes was too short, definitely going for 60 next time!
