The experience was okay, but several things left me disappointed. My appointment was moved forward by 30 minutes without checking if this suited me beforehand. I rushed after work to arrive on time, only to be left waiting 15 minutes. I was met by a large dog that didn't seem particularly friendly, who was dribbling on me while I waited, which was unpleasant. The waiting area was covered in Thermomix marketing, with nothing else to read while I waited. Natasha seems nice enough, but overall, I'd prefer a more professional experience elsewhere.

I messaged Natasha last minute on a Sunday for an urgent appointment and she replied very quickly, willing to see me the next day, on a Monday public holiday. She was professional, friendly and very clearly knows her stuff. I am stoked to have found an amazing local hairdresser!
