There was about 25 minutes in the middle where I completely forgot where I was. Amazing!

Naåd is amazing! I have chronic tension in my neck since that is where I store my stress as well as in my arms from typing all day at my job. He has been instrumental in releasing those muscles; honestly, my neck has not been this loose in years.
