i had a Biotin injection in my arm which is still swollen and painful so if this continues i'm not prepared to follow up with the rest of them. I was very comfortable with Mels care and professionalism though i am concerned with this product

We are sorry to hear that Kate. Unfortunately it is not uncommon to have an inflammatory reaction to an intramuscular injection. Side effects such as pain and swelling should subside within a few days & we will contact you regarding this directly. You are not obligated to continue with the series of these treatments and we can discuss further during regular business hours. We encourage you to seek further medical advice if you are concerned of any more serious symptoms.
