Kelly was very friendly & professional, she took time to review the previous brows I’d had done a few years ago so as to ensure the best look for my brows this time. I had confidence in what she was doing and that I’d be happy with the finished look. She took time to fully explain aftercare and answer any questions. Very happy with my initial look & can’t wait to see the finished look after my top up in 6 weeks.
