Grace at PRO Revive Sports Massage is genuinely so lovely and put me at ease straight away! I have long term back and shoulder pain but in her care I felt heard and reassured that we will be able to help manage it together! I would recommend anyone to reach out if they feel like they would benefit from some advice and care, she gave a thorough assessment and got to work straight away easing the tension in my shoulder. I felt well equipped with strengthening exercises and stretches to help manage the recovery myself too! Will be a returning customer thats for sure!! Thank you!!

Had a Focused Sports Massage on my knee today from Grace and all I can say is it was great, Grace is very knowledgeable and took time to listen to my issue. will be back in a weeks time for another treatment

Grace is an excellent physiotherapist. She takes the time to listen to you about injuries and is honest in her treatment plan . She is also very welcoming and I would definitely recommend her to others

First time I’ve done a sports massage and Grace was amazing. Made me feel super comfortable and explained what she was doing why it benefited me. i can say that I will become a regular with Grace for her to help me with my recovery.

I went to see Grace for help with an injury and she has honestly gone above and beyond. Her knowledge is brilliant and the treatment has been to a really high standard. She has given me some really good advice on managing the injury and helping me recover so I’m ready for hyrox. I’m really grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend Grace to anyone.
