I started seeing Emma after a period of really significant back pain. Emma has been brilliant throughout and has really helped me....not just through regular osteopathy sessions but through advice and guidance on posture, stretching and exercise. My pain is far more manageable and I couldn't be more appreciative 😊

Fantastic initial consultation, Emma explained everything in great detail. She is quite clearly very experienced and skilled in what she does. Very good at planning a course of treatment to help myself moving forward. She has a lovely manner with people which is also important. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her practice and would say after one visit that you would leave with a sense of hope moving forward with whatever your issue is. Pembrokeshire is lucky to have such a great osteopath......

I always leave feeling so much better after my appointments with Emma. She is incredibly kind, professional and helpful; and her treatments are excellent and definitely help with my neck and back issues.
