Appointments with Emma Lewis combine hands-on osteopathy with clear guidance for what to do between sessions. Her initial assessments include a thorough review and explanation of the issue, while follow-up appointments may involve gentle manipulation and advice on posture, stretching and exercise; clients also describe improvements in back, neck and shoulder pain and movement.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere; Emma explained everything really clearly and helped me understand the treatment process well. Highly recommend.

Emma has a lovely manner - relaxed and informative. Gentle manipulation seems to have helped already and will look forward to ongoing treatment

Emma is the best. I always come away feeling refreshed. I have a maintenance appointment at very 8 weeks and they have so helped my issues so that now it’s just keeping things healthy and as strong as possible.
