Craniosacral Therapy

A therapeutic session that combines massage and stationary cupping—allowing for two treatments at the same time.
The session begins with focused massage on the primary area of tension. Cups are then applied and remain in place while suction works on deeper layers of restriction. During this time, other areas of the body continue to be massaged—maximizing results within one session.
Ideal for:
• Stubborn or deep muscle tension
• Areas that don’t respond to regular massage



Cupping Massage

 A deeply relaxing and therapeutic full-session massage using heated stones throughout the treatment—not just as an add-on.
The warmth allows muscles to release more easily, making it possible to work deeper without added pressure. Heated stones and warm towels may also be used along the body to create a deeply soothing, restorative experience.
