Personalised Massage

Every body is different, so your massage is tailored specifically to you.
Rather than having to choose between Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage, I use a combination of techniques based on what your body needs. This may include flowing Swedish massage techniques for relaxation and wellbeing, or deeper, more focused techniques to work into areas of muscular tension, tightness and knots.
Pressure, pace and areas of focus are adapted to you throughout the treatment, whether you're looking for deep relaxation, targeted muscular work or a combination of both.
Simply choose your treatment time and we'll tailor the massage to you.

A deeply relaxing treatment designed to help release tension and encourage you to completely switch off.
Indian Head Massage uses a combination of massage techniques across the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, focusing on common areas where we hold everyday tension and stress.
Choose the 30-minute treatment for a focused Indian Head Massage, or the 60-minute treatment for a more indulgent experience incorporating a back massage before moving into the shoulders, neck, head and face.
Ideal if you're feeling tense, mentally busy or simply craving some proper time to relax and unwind.
Treatments are adapted to your individual needs and preferred pressure, so you can simply settle in and enjoy.

Reiki Massage — “You Get What You’re Given”
75 mins | £60
More than a massage, this is an intuitive treatment combining personalised massage, Reiki and energy work, created around what you need on the day.
Your session may move between relaxing Swedish massage techniques and deeper, more focused work for areas of tension and tightness. As the treatment unfolds, I may also incorporate Reiki, chakra balancing, energetic clearing, sound, breath and other intuitive practices.
You may experience light language — intuitive sounds, tones or vocalisations that arise naturally during my energy work — alongside shamanic-inspired practices and multidimensional energy work, where I intuitively connect with higher-frequency energy through light language, sound and energetic healing.
There is no fixed routine and no expectation of what you should experience. You don't need any previous experience of Reiki or energy work — you're welcome to simply relax and receive.
No two sessions are the same.

Reiki
45 mins | £40
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-healing practice that encourages deep relaxation, balance and a sense of overall wellbeing.
During your treatment, you remain fully clothed and comfortable while I work with a combination of hands-on and hands-off techniques, allowing you space to slow down, switch off and simply receive.
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. You may notice warmth, tingling, changes in temperature, colours or imagery, emotional sensations or a feeling of energy moving through the body. Some people experience very little physically and simply enter a deeply relaxed state — there is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki.
Reiki can be a beautiful introduction to energy work for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, energetically depleted or simply in need of some quiet time to reconnect with themselves.
No previous experience of energy healing is needed.

Reiki Energy Healing

90 mins | £70
A deeper, personalised energy-healing experience that draws upon different practices rather than following one particular modality.
We begin by discussing how you're feeling and anything you would particularly like to explore. From there, I work intuitively, drawing upon different techniques according to your intention and what presents itself during your session.
This may include Reiki, chakra balancing, energetic cleansing and clearing, sound and vibration, breath, light language, shamanic-inspired practices and multidimensional energy work.
Light language may come through as intuitive sounds, tones or vocalisations, while my multidimensional energy work involves intuitively connecting with higher-frequency energy through light language, sound and energetic guidance.
Your session can also have a specific focus, including Womb Healing, emotional healing, cord work, energetic cleansing/clearing or restoring a greater sense of balance and connection.

Intuitive Energy Healing

A personalised intuitive energy healing session using a blend of energy techniques, guided by your needs and intention on the day.
Time to relax, receive, release and reconnect.

60 Minute Intuitive Energy Healing

A deeper intuitive energy healing experience with additional time to explore a specific focus- emotional healing, womb healing, cord cutting or energetic cleansing, followed by grounding & integration

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports the muscles and structures throughout the body. When it becomes tight or restricted, it can contribute to tension, stiffness and reduced ease of movement.
Fascia Energy Release combines hands-on fascial techniques, intuitive bodywork and energy work. Unlike a traditional massage, the treatment is slower and more focused, using sustained pressure, stretching and movement while following areas of restriction within the body.
As the body begins to soften, emotions, memories or sensations may sometimes arise. You may experience warmth, tingling, spontaneous movement, tears, laughter, a sense of release or simply deep relaxation — every experience is different.
Depending on your session, I may also incorporate Reiki, breath, sound, energetic clearing or light language.
Your treatment is always guided by your comfort, your body and what arises on the day. ✨

Fascia & Emotional Bodywork

60 Minute Fascia Release

90 Minute Fascia Release

The full fascia energy release experience, allowing deeper bodywork with time for energy work, emotional processing, grounding and integration
