Had a RELAX massage with Nanda at DISTRIK and it was exactly what I needed. I normally go for a sports or deep tissue massage, but wanted something a little more relaxing this time. Nanda was amazing, really good pressure, smooth flowing movements and just the right amount of attention to the areas that felt tight. No tools or extras, just a really good hands-on massage. Left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Definitely recommend Nanda if you just want to switch off for half an hour.
