Alistair gave me a great cut - was exactly what I wanted. I was a bit unsure how short I wanted my face framing and he offered that I could come by later and have it trimmed shorter if I want. And once my hair completely dried and settled, I came back and in a few minutes I had exactly the hair framing I wanted. When drying my hair, he used similar products to my usual routine so I get the most similar results. That made me feel very heard. Thank you for the great service!
