Zoe was kind and professional, the lava massage is great and very relaxing. Bear in mind it is not done with lava stones/shells, they are synthetic and have a mechanism that keeps them warm, I'd suggest this is explained in advance. Also it its your first time take time in advance as the play is just a little tricky to find. I'd be back.

I had the Signature Facial and it was bliss. We sat down and discussed my skin goals beforehand so the facial was completely personalised to me. I have sensitive skin but everything was carefully applied and thoughtfully chosen. I love the medik8 products. This much more than just a regular facial. My skin feels great and I most certainly will be back.
