Sophie was very professional, but also fun to be around! Her waxing technique is by far the best I've ever experienced - it was practically painless. She was also very thorough and gave updates how far along the service was. Another thing to note, I've always had issues with ingrowns/bumps/redness etc after intimate waxing, usually a couple of days after, but I have not had one issue after my experience with Sophie! Just normal regrowth. Her workspace is also very welcoming and well looked after. Will definitely be back and can definitely recommend!
