The Korean lash lift was unfortunately underwhelming especially for the price and the expectation I had being done by a lash expert. The brow lift however was done super nicely and Naoko was the only one in the studio that tried to correct the lashes and very emphatic. Might come back just for her.

we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Unfortunately, the appointment started around 30 minutes late due to the late arrival, leaving us with only half of the original appointment time. This meant the consultation and treatment were more rushed than we would normally allow. After the treatment, when you explained your desired result in more detail, we understood what you wanted and would have been happy to make adjustments. However, our next client had already arrived and there was no time left to do this properly. Our policy states that arrivals over 20 minutes late may not be able to proceed and a 50% charge applies. We regret not following this policy on this occasion, as it exists to prevent rushed treatments and misunderstandings like this. We’re sorry for your experience and will apply this policy more consistently going forward.

Naoko is great, lovely and sweet

Naoko was amazing! She went to great lengths understanding my situation of needing a break in my session, and made sure I could do so! The place was also very comfortable lying down, didn’t feel neck aches like in other places - they also gave great advice and after care tips!

I got beautiful LED manga lashes from Naoko! The retention is always great, studio is beautiful and staff are lovely :)
