Usually go with Ghi (who is excellent) but in need of a sports massage and timing and availability meant i had a session with Minnie - it was incredible - as requested really deep into the tissue and on the verge of pain but of course not painful Walked away floating and much more relaxed shoulders and calves Thanks Minnie!

It was my first time at 'My Thai Massage and Spa' in Frodsham yesterday and it was probably the best massage I have ever had ...I will certainly be back.

I have had a lot of massages both Thai massage and regular massage. The massage I had at Thai Massage and Spa in Frodsham is one of the very best I have had. My masseuse was clearly very knowledgable in Thai massage and identified my problem areas and worked on them. I could feel the difference in my stance and how my weight was balanced more evenly on my feet afterwards. I am a big fan of Thai massage as I believe it works not only on the muscles but also more deeply on the fascia which is good for your whole lymph system and rebalancing your body. Definitely recommend this spa.
