My son was very nervous but really wanted to get his ears done. Both ladies were amazing in explaining things to him and being so reassuring. Thank you so much for being so amazing and patient with him!

So lovely, explained everything and answered all my questions, super bubbly and easy to talk to. And piercing my dermal very informative before, during and after. Highly recommend
