Lauren was very welcoming and polite. Her knowledge and professionalism were very apparent. I came to see Lauren with a shoulder injury and have left feeling much better. I’d highly recommend her to anyone.

Excellent first experience at Venus Sports and Wellbeing! Lauren was incredibly professional and took the time to do a thorough assessment, identifying both lifestyle factors and specific problem areas before she even started the massage. She worked on all the tight spots that needed attention, and I felt real relief from the pain I'd been carrying, right after the session. I've already rebooked for my second appointment. Highly recommend!
