Always great with Karissa until I say the makeshift sign “3%service charge for extra”. What extra ‘s? The latte? lol I believe that is a hidden cost.

Hi Julie! We’re so glad you always have a great experience with Karissa — she’s amazing! 😊 The 3% fee isn’t for lattes (though we do love that theory 😄). It goes toward salon convenience fees so we can keep offering the best service, team, and experience. In addition to us posting this sign at our desk, we have posted this on our socials, in newsletters, and in our booking system so there are no surprises. That said, we totally understand questions like this and appreciate you reaching out! 💛

I cannot say enough amazing things about Karissa! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Karissa is warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and then worked her magic. The end result was beyond what I could have imagined—my hair has never looked or felt this good!
