Cuticles poorly trimmed, nicked toe and cut into finger deep enough to bleed for several minutes. All fingers and toes are sore and needed several treatments of antiseptic. Paid extra for additional foot massage that was lackluster.

Very sorry for your disappointment, Rebecca. Had you said something before leaving I surely would have done my best to remedy. I truly had no idea this was your feeling before you left. You are welcome to try one of our other operators if you decide to return in the future as it seems I am not a good fit for you. Thank you for your patronage.

Great conversation, we covered so many topics and the nails top notch!!
