First part of the session we discuss about my issues and concerns and Erika listen me in a holistic way. It was an amazing full body deep tissue massage with focus on my back, as i wanted. Attention in detail when i was uncomfortable.

I had a sports massage with Erika and it was an excellent experience. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. She quickly identified the areas of tension and used the right amount of pressure throughout the treatment. After the session I felt much less tight, more relaxed, and had a noticeable improvement in my mobility. Erika also gave me helpful advice on stretching and recovery. I highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for a skilled sports massage therapist. I’ll definitely be booking another session!
