I reached out for help during a very difficult period of burnout, and I’m so grateful I found Laura. From the first session I felt safe, listened to and understood. She helped me make sense of what I was going through and guided me through a slow but steady recovery. Support from work and the NHS was important, but I needed something more personal. Choosing to see Laura privately was the best decision. Her face‑to‑face and virtual sessions were vital to my recovery and progress.
