A Nomad's Knead specialize in nervous system–focused bodywork for people experiencing stress, tension, and burnout. My sessions combine therapeutic massage, breathwork, and somatic techniques to help regulate the body, release stored tension, and create lasting relief—not just temporary relaxation.

I bought my girlfriend a session with Ashley, and she enjoyed it so much. She said she never felt so chill in her life, she’s already planning on going again! I can’t wait until I make my own appointment to go!

Ashely is great at knowing just the right pressure to use and performs different techniques on painful areas that are more stubborn.
