I booked a Russian manicure and pedicure with gel online for $180. When I arrived, I was told I had hard gel on my nails, and the service was done accordingly. However, no one clearly explained the additional costs until checkout, when my total came to $270. I don’t mind paying more, but I do expect pricing to be communicated before the service begins. What disappointed me most is that one nail was left noticeably shorter than the others, even though I specifically asked if it would be made the same length. For the amount I paid, I expected better communication and more attention to detail.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all reviews, as they help us improve and provide transparency for future clients. We would like to clarify that the service originally booked was a gel manicure and gel pedicure, as you had mentioned. Upon arrival, you requested hard gel services. Hard gel is a different service with different pricing than standard gel, and those prices are clearly listed on all of our booking platforms. Before proceeding, you were informed of the price difference and agreed to the change in service. Regarding the length of your thumbs, you mentioned that you wanted your longer thumb to remain long. At no point was an extension requested for the shorter thumb. Extending the shorter nail to match the longer one would have required additional work and an additional charge, which was neither requested nor discussed during the appointment.
