Hi I am Zana, I am a fully qualified and insured Sports Therapist, who has acquired more specific & bespoke training working in Fascia Release, Shoulder & upper body release, Sciatica Release, Indian Head Massage & Thia Style Foot Massage. I completed Advance Reflexology in the summer 2023. Within my training, I have also studied Soft Cupping, a form of Chinese Cupping but with soft not glass cups, that do not mark the body. A massage with the Cups it can help with Detoxes and Lymphatic drainage.
