At Thy Spa Windsor, Thai-oil combination massages pair soothing oil work with stretching and pulling for clients seeking both relaxation and relief from tension. The back, neck and shoulder massage is another option, with therapists adjusting pressure to the areas that need attention.

The entire service was warm and welcoming. May, my masseuse, was phenomenal: she inquired about my tightness and knots, then communicated a plan. The entire session was intentional as May utilised her expertise. I left feeling so much better. Thank you May!
