Professional from start to finish, from booking through to massage. I approached Ben after having woken up a few nights in a row with lower back ache on one side. No pain through the day. Ben felt the tension difference and helped loosen that with his hands and fingers and warmed up bamboo sticks. That massage felt like wellness, in a warm room, with relaxing music and pleasant fragrance, in his friendly and caring approach, even though he had to apply quite a bit of pressure at times. Problem fully resolved after replacing my mattrass for a less firm one :-).
