As each treatment is tailored to the individual needs and centred around the individual's needs, an initial assessment is crucial to gather the necessary information for the treatment. I do not provide treatment to anyone without assessing them first. 

The initial appointment involves a postural and mobility assessment, pre-medical history gathering, and an evaluation of the presenting condition. The rest of the time is spent on treating the issue with massage and a range of other treatments.
