The Starter Facial is the first step in your personalised skincare journey and is required for all new clients before progressing to advanced treatments.
This appointment combines an in-depth consultation with an introductory bespoke facial, allowing me to assess your skin and create a safe, effective treatment plan tailored to your needs.

During your consultation we’ll discuss your current skincare routine, lifestyle, diet, skin type, concerns and long-term skin goals. A detailed skin analysis will then be performed to evaluate your skin and identify areas requiring support.

Your facial includes:
Double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, hot towel therapy, extractions (if required) bespoke no downtime treatment, finishing products and lip serum.

You will receive full aftercare guidance and a personalised skincare plan to support both your in-clinic treatments and home care for optimal results.
*No advanced treatments performed on first apt

New Client Consultation + Starter Facial

Your skin isn’t the same every month, so why should your facial be?

No need to decide which treatment to book. Simply book your Bespoke Facial and leave the rest to Shannon.

I’ll assess your skin at every appointment and create a completely bespoke treatment based on what your skin needs that day.
