Definitely inviting from the outside, the waxing room is not in inviting... and the lady doing the waxing was not inviting, but she was polite and efficient...I was asked if i wanted a towel like it was an afterthought and the waxing felt uncaring... no chat, no apologetic comments when the waxing was painful. As an experienced customer I know parts of waxing can be painful but over time it becomes so much less painful that I generally zone out now. 85% of today's session was painful and rough. But I dont have any missed bits!?
