I’d personally heard great reviews and Saskia was even better than expected! Explaining what she was doing and the benefits alongside, she dissolved all of the tough tension I had in my back which made a noticeable difference to me. Would 100% recommend booking with her if you get a chance. I recommend 60 minutes or longer
