✧ 60-minute Distance Reiki session with a Reiki Master trained in the Usui-Tibetan tradition

✧ Ideal when you are unable to attend in person, allowing you to receive Reiki wherever you feel most comfortable.

✧ Designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and restore emotional and energetic balance. Particularly supportive when feeling anxious, overwhelmed or out of balance.

✧ Your session begins with a brief 10-minute video call to connect and set your intention. You then simply lay back and restfully receive.

✧ During the session, I tune into your energetic state and work intuitively with areas that may feel tense, depleted, blocked or out of balance.

✧ The session concludes with a personalised feedback message where I share info on energetic patterns, body feedback and any themes that arose.
