I had my first appointment for a cut and highlights with Paul. I am very happy with my cut and my overall colour is really lovely. I really liked that Paul suggested to come in for an initial consultation before my appointment where we discussed what we both wanted to achieve, which was really great! Paul was very attentive and went out of his way to explain what he was doing during my appointment, which in my experience is quite rare. I will definitely book my next appointment with him. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to delay my appointment at the end of July until today. My new haircut and color had re-energized me and made me feel more like myself. Paul is extremely patient and kind. Thanks to Paul working his magic, I am so much more confident. I’m looking forward to my next visit
