I had a trigger point/deep tissue massage with Nick. My body was very achy, especially on the right side. I thought I would try massage first before going to my doctor. Not only are my aches gone, Nick explained to me why I had this pain. He explained the whole process and it was logical. This is the best massage experience I’ve ever had! I feel like a new person! I will do the stretches that Nick recommended and will be back next month. My sincere gratitude.

Parrah is gifted with hands that do a wonderful lymph node message! She explains everything that she is doing and why she's doing it. Several wonderful facials with Parrah! Highly recommend!!!

Warm and welcoming space with outstanding staff. Samantha’s relaxation massage was EXACTLY what I needed, and Parrah’s facial was HANDS DOWN the best I’ve ever received. All the way down to convo with Rebecca at the desk….I left there feeling like family. Thank you MES!
