Undoing and detangling with water,oil and conditioner  using fingers , wide tooth comb and a tangle teezer for afro hair to get through knots and tangles 

Hair Storage Policy (After Undoing Services)
Please note that the salon does not offer hair storage services.
After undoing a hairstyle, clients have two options:
1. Carry the hair immediately, or
2. Pay a cleaning fee of KES 1,000 for washing and short-term holding.
Important terms:
Hair left for cleaning will be washed within 2–3 days.
Once ready, the client will be notified once for collection.
Hair must be collected within 3 days after notification.
Extended holding (optional):
Clients may request storage for an additional maximum of 4 days
A storage fee of KES 500 applies and must be paid upfront
Uncollected hair:
Hair not collected within the stated timelines, and without a storage request, will be disposed of.
The salon does not send reminders and bears no responsibility for uncollected hair.

All hair is treated from root to tip based on your scalp type and hair needs.

✨ Essential oils are custom-blended into treatments depending on your hair and scalp condition.

Includes a gentle wash using sulfate-free shampoo, followed by deep conditioning to restore moisture and softness. Hair is then blow-dried using a pain-free Philips straightener, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.

Finishes with scalp oiling, customized to your scalp type for nourishment and long-lasting hydration.

Regular Wash and Blow Dry

Your hair is first gently washed and then treated with a customized hair and deep conditioned.
A treatment  of choice can be done at an added cost.

We then proceed with a crochet retouch to restore the neatness and structure of your temporary locs.

Finally, we apply scalp oiling and dry your hair to leave you feeling refreshed, soothed, and confident.

Temporary Locs Retouch

 extra for dandruf itchy scalp

A  labour  intense  temporary  locs undoing that entail hot oil treatment  prior the undoing. 
The oil will help with lubricating which will help with minimising tangling and breakage.

This will be a time to Netflix, read a book or work from the salon as you chill and allow us to take care  of your hair.
May take 3_7 hours depending  on how long the client  stayed with the style

The service is followed by a relaxing wash.(inclusive)

A treatment ( at an extra cost ) is recommended  after undoing to help nourish your hair from the months of bring tucked  away.
Please note: We do not store client hair. Hair left after undoing must be collected within the stated timelines. Uncollected hair will be disposed of.
