Hello, I’m Monica, originally from Portugal. My journey into wellness began with two years studying Physiotherapy before moving to Edinburgh in 2017. In 2021 I qualified in Swedish Massage and later Manual Lymphatic Drainage. After two years backpacking in Australia, I’m excited to return and continue helping clients relax, recover, and feel their best through therapeutic touch.

This was just fantastic. From the minute you walk in and you’re welcomed by Monika! Then to then my massage also done by other Monika which was just amazing! Can’t wait to be back already! Considering this place is right in the city centre it’s nothing but calm and peaceful!
