Reiki is a form of life force of the Universe and is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing.  It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the awareness that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.  It is a safe, natural, and energy healing therapy.  If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or create stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Start with a lovely warm organic luxe bath foot soak then proceed with a Ayurvedic foot massage/Padabhyanga, is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves massaging the feet and lower legs. Ayurveda, views the feet as a vial part of the body that connects to various organs and systems. Foot massage is believed to have a balancing effect on the body and promotes overall well-being. Ayurvedic oils are used during the massage to nourish the skin and enhance the therapeutic benefits. It targets marma points, which are vital energy points in the body. Stimulating these points is believed to restore balance and promote the free flow of energy throughout the body. 

This treatment can be done laying down or sitting on a chair, which ever the client prefers.
