As a channel swimmer himself Mikey knew how my recent swim would have affected me both physically and mentally. He worked carefully to promote healing and recovery while protecting where I felt tender. In the drive home my shoulders felt amazing! I feel ready to swim again!

Today was my second visit. My first was for personal care. This time I took the opportunity to have a hot stone massage. It’s been quite a few years since my last massage and all I can say is ‘Fantastic’ I entered with incredibly tight calve, shoulders and back muscles. By the time I left all the tension had melted away as if by magic. Thank you, I’ll definitely be returning
