Lynda won’t follow a script; instead, she mix movement, AquaStretch, and deep relaxation techniques to help you feel your best. You might spend time working on exercise, or a quieter session focused on stretching and letting go of stress. It’s normal to feel a deep pull or a bit of a tingle as she works your connective tissue—it might feel a little odd at first, but that's just the therapy doing its job to get you moving freely again.

Lynda is the heart of our practice and the founder of Aquatic Therapeutics. With over 30 years of clinical experience in the water, she combines decades of hands-on practice with a rigorous understanding of human movement. She doesn't just treat the symptoms; she applies a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tackle complex issues. Because of this expertise and the highly specialised nature of her work, her appointments are offered at a premium rate.
